Hit-Boy flipped another run-in with thieves into his first freestyle of 2026.

In the early hours of Monday, January 5, the esteemed producer-rapper shared a fresh freestyle called "Crow Bars." In the clip, Hit-Boy raps about finding out about the break-in with three Grammy awards in his arms while surveillance video of the late-night robbery plays below him. You can see the thieves destroy the doorframe and infiltrate his studio in California.

"This morning around 4am some idiots broke into my office / studio and went thru a hassle just to get next to nothing," Hit explains in his post on X.

"I had my grammys there and i know they wanted my jewels but not today champions FOH," he continues. "i did a freestyle called 'Crow Bars' watching the footage of these low life's going thru my s**t smh."

In the song, Hit-Boy says this is the third time burglars have broken into his studio. The thieves didn't make off with anything valuable, but they did damage his studio's door and destroy a laptop he used to create videos. In his YouTube video description, Hit-Boy said he's offering cash to anyone who can identify the robbers.

Hit-Boy isn't the only major rap artist who's been recently targeted by thieves. Producer Sonny Digital recently revealed that his studio was robbed. Meanwhile, Soulja Boy's SODMG store in Los Angeles was also robbed and vandalized last summer. The burglars used bolt cutters to unlock the gates and smashed through the store's all-glass front door. The thieves allegedly swiped an array of exclusive merchandise, including one-of-a-kind Bearbricks, hats, shirts and hoodies. They also made off with Soulja Boy's custom-made leather jacket and his PlayStation.
