The disruptions were due to the FAA's decision to close airspace in the Caribbean. Those restrictions were lifted last night. USPS Driver Tries To Run Over Boy In Escambia County
(Escambia County, FL) -- A spokesperson with Florida Highway Patrol says USPS driver William White Jr. is facing felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and other related charges after trying to run over a boy. Authorities say the boy noticed a package was delivered to the incorrect address on Wednesday and attempted to take it to the right home. Officials say White assumed the boy was stealing the package and charged at him with the USPS vehicle, running over the scooter. White posted a $5500 bond and his court date is set in a few weeks.
