Ashland Man, 24, Pleads Not Guilty to Aggravated Murder

Robert Palermo, 24, of Ashland has pled not guilty to a charge of aggravated murder from a shooting incident on New Years Day on East Liberty Street.

According to AshlandSource.com, Palermo is accused of shooting 61 year old John Grehn during an argument on January 1st. The body of Grehn has been sent to Cuyahoga County for an autopsy..

The next hearing for Palermo is January 15th.

The charge of aggravated murder carries the maximum sentence of life in prison.
