There's no known video of the shooting last week of two suspects by Customs and Border Protection agents in Portland.
Luis Nino-Moncada is accused of ramming his pickup in reverse into the front of an unoccupied CBP car.
An agent told the FBI they were concerned Nino-Mancada was going to hit them with the truck.
Nino-Mancada and a female passenger were injured in the shooting. He's charged with aggravated assault of a federal officer.
None of the six agents had body cameras and there's no surveillance video. The woman who was injured hasn't been charged.
