Lend A Helping Can

Lend a Helping Can raises money for 12 New England charitable agencies to feed the Needy and Homeless.

 

FEMA assistance being offered in Bulloch County starting Monday

BULLOCH COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) - Representatives from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be available at the Kiwanis Ogeechee Fairgrounds to provide in-person support to Bulloch County residents with disaster-related needs or questions.

FEMA representatives will be at the Fairgrounds from Dec. 23 to Jan. 4. The hours of operation will be Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. They will be closed Dec. 24-26 for Christmas and the New Year. 

State, local and federal resources will be available to assist residents.

The Mobile Disaster Recovery Center was opened in response to the damage caused by Tropical Storm Debby and Hurricane Helene.
