BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Massachusetts State Police (MSP) and Dedham Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Wednesday morning.
According to authorities, multiple calls reported a shooting around 3:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the BJ’s Wholesale Club on Route 1. Police said they found two people who had been shot at the scene and transferred them to the hospital, where one of the victims was pronounced dead. The other victim was still being treated as of Wednesday morning.
MSP assigned to the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office, the MSP’s Crime Scene Services Section, and Dedham Police are all involved with the investigation. There was no word on what had led up to the incident or if there were any suspects.
