BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — A local tattoo parlor is garnering some Hollywood buzz.

Back in Nov., the Boston Tattoo Company got a walk-in visit from two A-list celebrities: actors Zendaya and Tom Holland.

“You know they were just your average young couple,” owner Jason Zube told WBZ NewsRadio. “They were fantastic to deal with.”

Zube described the experience as just like any other day “minus the fame.”

The couple requested matching tattoos. Zendaya got a small “T” while Holland got a “Z,” both designed by tattoo artist Lily Jarnyrd

The shop kept their visit quiet. That’s until Zendaya’s tattoo was spotted at the Golden Globe awards Sunday, along with her engagement ring.

Zube said this isn’t the first time his shop got some well-known customers but it's definitely the most memorable.

“We had some pretty famous folk in here, but I would say this was the biggest by far,” he said.

Zendaya was in Boston around that time filming her new movie, “The Drama,” with Robert Patterson. No release date for the movie has been set.

Meanwhile, the Boston Tattoo Company is celebrating 20 years in the business.

“It was our pleasure to have them, and they were very cooperative with us,” Zube added. “We treat everybody the same way.”
