BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Looking to ring in the New Year but can’t make it to Boston’s First Night celebrations, well we have a list of the other New Year’s celebrations happening in the Bay state.
Rockport, Mass.
Small Town BIG celebration
December 31st, 4 p.m. – Midnight
Admission is $25 for adults and $10 for kids.
The event includes a children’s parade at 6 p.m., a fireworks show at 10 p.m., musical performances, food and drinks and a countdown ball drop at midnight.

Chatham, Mass.
First Night Chatham
December 31st, 1 p.m. – 10 p.m.
The event will include photo opportunities at the Chatham lighthouse, a Taylor Swift dance party, multiple indoor and outdoor live performances, a parade at 6 p.m. and a fireworks show.

Westminster, Mass.
Wachusett Mountain
41 Mile Hill Rd, Westminster, MA 01473
December 31st, 8 a.m. – Midnight
People can celebrate on the slopes at Wachusett Mountain as the ski area will stay open till midnight for those who buy a ticket.
There will be a moon glow jazz show starting at 6 p.m., a glowing torchlight parade that begins at 8 p.m. and a fireworks show scheduled for 9 o’clock.

New Years Eve on Marina Bay

December 31st, 8 p.m. – January 1st, 1 a.m.
People can buy tickets for a cocktail party at The Reel House restaurant which will include a raw bar boat display with freshly shucked oysters and cocktail shrimp, a live DJ, views of the water and Boston Harbor’s firework show and a live ball drop on flatscreen TVs.
There will be no dinner service for this event.

Masquerade New Years Eve Ball

It’s a dress to impress event that will be held at the Fame Lounge/Eatery and will feature a dinner that will run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will be followed by a dance party that will start at 10 o’clock.

The Great American Countdown

Held at The Great American Beer Hall, the event will feature dancing, music and a live performance from New England based band Elephant in the Room starting at 10 o’clock.
Tickets are $23 and VIP experience tickets are also being sold for $33.
